The Reges closes for guests after Columbus Day and their reservation office is also closed and does not reopen until February. Messages are checked periodically and calls will be returned occasionally when hotel office is closed. Since the winner of the auction certificate will need to make the reservation on the phone, It is recommended that you call the office in mid-February to secure your date. Your room is being held, so there is no worry of the room not being available even if you call in March/April.

- A major credit card, legal ID, and Silent Auction Certificate will need to be presented upon arrival.
- 3% Credit Processing Fee for all Major Credit cards (no charge for debit cards).
- Cancellation policy: Any cancellations of reservations made less than 21 days prior to your arrival date would be a loss of one night if the guest rebooks for another applicable time period.
- No refunds or credits for early check-outs, inclement weather, no shows or unused nights. Payments are non-transferable to other persons or dates.
- No pets or emotional support animals are allowed on the property at any time. A minimum of $250 will be charged to the credit card on file for any pet policy violations without prior notification.
